Agreement and Acknowledgment of Terms of Service

Before using this website, please read the terms of use as set forth below. By using this platform, you agree to these services provided by The 24/7 Open House, LLC.

This platform is intended for business use only and by registering with us to use the platform you are acknowledging that you are 18 years of age or older.

The services provided by The 24/7 Open House, LLC, are done so on a month-to-month basis. And the agreement between you and The 24/7 Open House, LLC, will automatically renew on a monthly basis until canceled or otherwise terminated by either party.

Payment for our service is automatically charged each month in advance to the credit or debit card you have on file with us. You may cancel your service at any time with a 15-day advance notice.

As part of this agreement, you also acknowledge that you will not receive any prorated refund or a refund for any length of service used and that you agree to not issue a chargeback.

Once you have canceled your service you will not be charged for any future service of any kind.

To cancel your service please contact us with:

  • The name used for registration with our platform and,
  • The email address used for registration and,
  • The phone number used for registration.

The 24/7 Open House, LLC contact options:

You are fully responsible for the content of your property descriptions and SMS messages. However, The 24/7 Open House, LLC, reserves the right to take any action with respect to the appropriateness of the content.

You agree that if you have any problems or questions regarding our service that you will contact The 24/7 Open House, LLC, for assistance, and you agree not to dispute any charges unless you have already attempted to rectify the situation directly with The 24/7 Open House, LLC.

The 24/7 Open House, LLC, has no control of the content of the information passing through the Services. The 24/7 Open House, LLC, does not assume liability for any harassing, offensive or obscene material distributed through the Service by you or others under your account.

Billing and Payments

You agree to provide your credit card as a recurring payment method and authorize the billing of my credit card account for the initial invoice and subsequent monthly fees. After the first month of service, fees will be automatically deducted from your credit card on a monthly basis. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain sufficient balance on credit card account to allow settlement of charges. Interruption of service will be experienced in the event that your credit card account balance or prepayment balances are not maintained.

All monthly fees are non-refundable.

You hereby authorize The 24/7 Open House, LLC, to charge the indicated credit card on a recurring, monthly basis as payment for services performed for the following month.

Our company makes no warranty, express or implied, with respect to The 24/7 Open House, LLC, services offered hereunder, and disclaims any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use with respect to such services.

We will use our best efforts to maintain uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for uncompleted or irretrievable messages as a result of third-party failure.

In addition, because damages cannot be calculated in advance, customer agrees that the maximum liability for actual proven damages for any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to, any failure or disruption of services provided hereunder, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract or in tort or otherwise, including negligence, shall be limited to an amount equivalent to the charges payable by customer under this agreement for the services during the period such damages occur.

In no event shall we be liable in excess of one (1) month’s basic service charges and in no event shall we be liable for any special or consequential damages.

Customer agrees that these limitations of liability are reasonable under the circumstances existing as of the execution date of this Agreement.

We have the right to refuse or cancel service to anyone who uses the services provided hereunder for obscenities, illegal activities, harassment or who interferes with or harasses our company, other The 24/7 Open House, LLC, customers, or our partners.
